We work quickly to get your pet essentials packed and shipped, which means our processing window is tight. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse and loaded onto the delivery truck, we are unfortunately unable to make modifications or stop the shipment.

Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
Currently, All Pet Super Store ships exclusively to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or cross-border deliveries outside of the USA, though we hope to expand our shipping zones in the future.
Your shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your package, the dimensions of the items, and your specific zip code. To help you save on bulk orders, All Pet Super Store offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $500.
Once your payment is confirmed, standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. After your package leaves our fulfillment center, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your door, depending on your distance from our shipping hub.
The moment your package is scanned by our shipping carrier, an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking progress.
Hassle-Free Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to absolutely love your gear. If a product isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be entirely unused, clean, unaltered, and kept inside their original product packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of pet food, unsealed veterinary treats, used pet apparel, or perishable goods.
Step-by-Step: How do I initiate a return?
- 1. Request an Authorization (Contact Us): Email our support desk at support@allpetsuperstore.com with your original Order Number and the reason for your return to receive an official Return Authorization.
- 2. Send it Back Safely (Pack & Ship): Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging and mail it back to our Denver warehouse address within 15 days of receiving your authorization.
- 3. Receive Your Money (Inspection & Refund): Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund directly back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Our Error: If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, or if your product arrived damaged, we will send you a pre-paid printable shipping label. We cover 100% of the cost.
- Personal Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart, a preference shift, or ordering the wrong size by mistake, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Products, Inventory & Custom Requests
We monitor our inventory levels around the clock to keep our virtual shelves completely stocked. However, high-demand items like our interactive training toys can occasionally sell out. If an item you love is marked as "Out of Stock," simply enter your email address on that specific product page to receive an automated notification the exact second it is replenished.
