- We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

1.3 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 Business day
- Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.
1.4 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over $500 (when applicable).
- Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost.
1.5 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier’s website.
1.6 Delivery Issues

- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and resellable condition.
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 2.2).
- Proof of purchase is provided.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used pet food, treats, and supplements.
- Perishable items (e.g., live pet food).
- Personalized or customized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours after placement.
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
