To place an order, simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. Contact our support team ASAP if you need assistance.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q5: Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Q7: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders over $500.


Q8: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q9: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some items, like open pet food or perishable goods, are non-returnable.


Q10: How do I initiate a return?

To start a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@loveyourpetsuperstore.com for a return authorization.
  • Follow the provided return instructions.
  • Ship the item back within 15 days.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 15 business days.


Q11: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping.

If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Products & Availability

Q12: Are all products in stock?

We try to keep all products in stock, but availability may change. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications when it becomes available again.
